Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the information that you provide us with or that we collect via our internet site (the "Site").

Some of this information is considered as being personal data, that the company CSN Energy, which has as its address for service 37 rue des Mathurins, Paris 8e (hereinafter referred to as “CSN Energy”) processes in its capacity as processing manager, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and the Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 such as amended (hereinafter the "Applicable regulation").

Collected personal data, legal basis for collection and  processing purposes

Whenever you visit our Site, you are liable to provide us with some of your personal data, and there are 3 ways in which this may happen:

1.     If you use the contact form on our Site, you need to provide your name, your email address, your professional profile, as well as the purpose of your request and the content of your message.

It is in our legitimate interest to collect this information, in order to receive, process and respond to your request and correspond with you if you so desire.

2.     If you call our customer services department, the person you speak to fills in a contact form with your name, first name, telephone number and your company name and you are asked to provide your email address.

We are careful to balance our collection of the information (as described in points 2 and 3) with our respect for your privacy.We implement all the necessary measures to protect your data and preserve your rights and your freedom.

3.     When you subscribe to the (Saas) WeDeex platform, you send us your identification data (surname, first name), your contact information (email address, telephone) along with details of your function within your company.

We collect this information so that we can fulfil our services contract that we have with you, and so that we can manage the commercial relationship that we have with you (which means supplying the services, following up, staying in touch, invoicing...).

Transmission of information to third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data to or with anyone. We are however required to send your personal data to some of our trusted service providers, who are responsible for managing customer services over the telephone, and who may be required from time to time to carry out maintenance work on our Site.

These service providers undertake to keep the information to which they have access, confidential and to provide the same degree of protection and security for your personal data as we do.

We may also be required to disclose your information if this is necessary in order to comply with the law. 

Lastly, please note that your data will not be transferred to or accessible from any country outside the European Union. If this was hypothetically the case, we can assure you that any treatment would meet the requirements set by the applicable regulations, in order to guarantee the security of your Personal Data.

Privacy and protection of minors

Our Site and our services are not intended for minors and are only to be used by people who are over eighteen (18) years of age and who are legally entitled to do so. We do not collect, nor, to the best of our knowledge, do we process as part of our services, any personal data concerning people under the age of 18. Should it be brought to our attention that the processing of personal data of people under the age of 18 has been taking place, we will take the appropriate measures for removing this data from our servers for good.

Data storage

The personal data that we use are only kept as long as is necessary in order for us to achieve the objectives that we are pursuing.

If you provide us with information and/or agree to receive messages from us, we will keep these data for a maximum of 3 years from the date when the most recent communication took place.

If you become a customer by subscribing to the WeDeex platform, we will keep your personal data for the duration of the contract, then for a maximum of 5 years in order to comply with our legal obligations as well as with the time limitation periods which are applicable.

Cookies themselves are kept for varying periods of time depending on what they are being used for, ranging from a few minutes to more than one year, although the maximum period for storing them is 13 months.

In accordance with the applicable Regulations, you are entitled to ask to access to, as well as to have your personal data corrected or removed, or to limit such use or to oppose the processing of your personal data, and to request the portability of your personal data.
